Aspirar Health now has two Covid-19 RT-PCR testing sites and we are excited to be serving Cary, NC again!
Starting August 30th, we will provide testing Monday through Friday from 10 am until 4 pm at 135 Parkway Office Ct. in front of suite 105.
We are also happy to continue working with Southlight Innovative Behavioral Health to provide the community with safe, accurate, and fast Covid-19 testing services for the community.
The Southlight location will be open Mondays through Fridays from 12:30 pm until 5 pm weekly.
We ask that you provide us with your insurance information; however, if you are not covered, you can still receive your free
Covid-19 test at this site by providing your social security number so will get reimbursed through HRSA. All are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Please continue to check our website for updated information.
Currently, we are no longer testing in Zebulon or Wendell areas; however, we hope to provide more locations to you in the future

How soon will I receive my results?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your report to be ready on our COVID-19 Results Portal.
How much does the test cost?
The COVID-19 test is FREE at our SouthLight location. There is no cost and is open to the public; however, we ask for insurance information or a valid social security number so that we may get reimbursed by HRSA. No appointment is necessary and you can pre-register with the QR code below.
What are other Covid-19 testing options and prices?
In-office Covid-19 test: $139
Mobile Covid-19 test: $199
*Mobile services are only offered within a 30-mile radius from 135 Parkway Office Ct. Cary, NC 27518
The additional charge for mobile Covid-19 service after business hours is $59
What if I do not have insurance or a social security number?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free testing without this information.

HRSA (Health Resources & Services Administration) is an agency that helps improve health care options for individuals that need assistance. By utilizing their program, we are able to continue to provide the community with a free Covid-19 testing resource.

What do I need to bring?
Nothing is required to be tested; however, if you wish to enhance your testing experience and expedite the testing process, we recommend that you preregister online and have your insurance or social security information readily available when you arrive at the testing site.
For those who have preregistered, please print the form with your information and bring it with you to the testing location. Aspirar does not store your information and has no way of accessing pre-registration forms.
What if I have not preregistered?
If you do not pre-register, one of our team members will guide you through the registration process upon arrival.
What happens after I’ve been tested?
After your sample has been collected, you will be provided with the proper information to obtain your results. Again, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your results before contacting us.
